Orders and Shipping
Most orders will arrive within a two week timeframe. The custom made personalized items can take 3 weeks to get delivered. This ensures quality products.
Just select the “my account” button at the top of the page and it will prompt you through each step of creating an account.
Go to “my account” and there are options for anyone to change each account detail.
When shipment tracking is available for an item, you will receive that information with your order confirmation. You can also go to your account settings and check your order status.
Depoister Creations does not keep any personal information on file.
Yes, we charge sales tax and obey all tax laws.
We ship anywhere in the USA.
When possible, we will ship all items of an order together. There are times, however, when items must be separated in order to ensure quality products. We do not charge extra if multiple shipments are needed.

Some custom and personalized items are unable to be returned or reused. If there is a problem with any order, we will work to come to a resolution that satisfies everyone.

Open up a customer report ticket and we will contact you through email or by phone within 24 hours.
Please don’t do that. If we can catch the item in time, a correct shipping address can be added to prevent loss on either end. The earlier we catch the problem, the better.
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed. If custom personalized items are already bring made to products, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Sorry, no. Many items become sold out due to the constant demand. We do not want to rush on orders and products. Instead, we prefer to take our time and ensure the best quality in each product offered.
