Each product is handmade to order and varies in processing time. Much of the apparel and slate will arrive within 2 weeks of the finalized order (barring weekends). Some of the personalized custom signs could take 3 weeks. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. Custom personalized item sales are final as they are not able to be reused or sold to others. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please contact us and we will work toward a resolution to make all customers satisfied.
Log into your account. Under your profile, you will have the option to change any details, including shipping address.
Tracking information is provided only for specific orders. If tracking is available for your order, you will receive that information in the confirmation email sent with your invoice.

We ship anywhere in the U.S.A.
Generally, yes. We try and ship all orders together. Out of necessity, some orders may be split up to ensure quality packing and delivery. We don’t charge extra for multiple packages.
